- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst dermatologist I have ever known. My husband went to see McFalda for bumps on his nose and a possible cyst asking to have them removed. She recommended not to remove them due to leaving a scar. He left. 6 months later, he went to another dermatologist for a completely different skin issue and he told him the bumps on his nose were probably cancer. He scraped them right away on his first visit and sent them to the lab. It was cancer. The cancer was so deep he had to cut away part of his nose and he had to have reconstructive plastic surgery.
