- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Though I have been a patient of Dr Biggs for more than 20 years I was turned away from his office on May 26 because they had not received a payment of 115 dollars due to a clerical error at TRICARE. I had advised them of their mistake months earlier but had to rectify it myself. When I informed them that I had solved the problem I was told that I had to pay 115 dollars in advance and I would be reimbursed when Dr Biggs got his check from Tricare. I am glad I wasn't on the operating table. Dr Biggs puts the Dollar ahead of his patients.August 23, 2017by phillip zaviski
